At Plantex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your new garments aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
